Dong Ping Finance Led is an advanced finance service company which is dealing with different currency exchange and remittance in the worldwide. This firm also helps investor to make arbitrage profit on currency. This report aims to show what I have achieved and learnt through 360 hours Co-Op work experience. There are a number of findings will be shown as follow.

My strengths and weaknesses of different skills will be discussed and revealed by the relevant examples. According to this work experience, I will show what I have learnt and improved, also what I will need to develop in the future. The Co-Op paper gives me an opportunity to observe and learn the communication, problem solving skills from some other colleagues, it provides the chance for me to practice in a real life, and during the process I have learnt how to work as a team, greet and attract customers as well as how to improve my critical thinking skill.

I have handled many tasks during the work, such as quote a proper exchange rate to customers, answer phone call and their inquires, make suggestions to my customers, I have also done some researches on the background of the foreign exchange market and will analysis them in details, from my findings I think the foreign exchange market in NZ has a huge potential at the moment. The impact on foreign exchange market and Dong Ping Finance will be discussed in detail too.

By this Co-Op work experience, I have found how my major interrelated with other functional areas. For example, I use marketing, accounting, management, IT and economic knowledge everyday, without these knowledge I can not finish my Co-Op and afford to my job, this paper provides me a good chance to learn them outside university.

Furthermore, I will introduce the history of currency exchange market, how they link and influence our company, what is the current trend of currency exchange market and the impact for Dong Ping Finance. What is the relationship between stakeholders and Dong Ping Finance.
