Dimension 2 – Adding value to my Employer Organization

My task undertaken:

§  Provide customer services: introduce the latest situation of currency market and currency exchange rate, help them to invest on currency, provide suggestions to investors.

§  Data entry and analyses: enter information of customers into data base, and provide information to customers such as giving them instant currency exchange rate between NZD and USD.

§  Analyses the trend of currency and make prediction: search new information from website, analyses the diagram of trend on currency exchange market and make prediction for the trends in the future.

§  Cash handling and book keeping: some customers may want to get cash in the transaction, I should organize cash and make book keeping carefully when I help them to do a transaction.
