Conclusion
In conclusion, from my opinion, I think this paper is very useful, and it is necessary for AUT to establish this paper before our graduate. According to the whole work experience in Dong Ping Finance, I have found my strength and weakness, this experience set up a solid foundation for my future career. I will collect all of my strengths and develop them in the future; moreover, I will try my best to eliminate all of my weaknesses in order to improve myself comprehensively.
As the report shows, I have made a big process in developing my oral communication skill, teamwork skill. I am able to think of things critically and dare to reflect my own idea to other colleagues. Currently I can apply the finance theories that I learnt from university to the real work, and link my major with other functional areas properly. I have also realized there are some differences between theory and real practice, but I have got used to the gap between them and I have learnt some social skills according to the Co-Op experience. I am sure I have improved my own value; it is a special asset for me to develop my career easily.
Although I have finished my Co-Op experience, at the same time I am stepping into another level of my life. The learning process is still going on for me. I will continue to improve all skills tips that I got this time and expend my knowledge in the future, I am sure Co-Op is the most useful, important and interesting paper I have ever learnt.
