l I can understand different cultures and perceptions from different races
Evidence:
As the workplace feedback shows I am a good listener, my boss and my supervisor are quite happy with this point, when they give me an order or task I always listen carefully, seriously and pay more attention. Furthermore, some of my customers also praised us as an effective team; they told me our teamwork makes them feel very comfortable, that is even more important than a good exchange rate. Beside of this, I am also a person who can respect all of my colleagues, some colleagues are from different country, I am very happy to learn their culture, ask what kind of fetish or special habit do they have, for example, there are some Indian colleagues who do not eat beef, when we have lunch together, I may try my best to avoid eating beef, or make a notice to them if I prepare to eat. We are all happy to accept each others’ perceptions and work together like a harmonious team. It can determine if a team is effective cooperative or not.
Weaknesses:

I found my English was a big barrier for the teamwork. During the first few weeks, sometimes I could not understand my colleagues or customers, I was very confuse when I answered the phone, it was the biggest challenge for me to work in a team. I should pay more attention on my English and try my best to overcome this barrier in the future.
