In despite of a cruel competition in NZ’s exchange market, it is still a potential market. As a developed country, NZ has beautiful and non-polluted landscapes; it attracts a big amount of tourisms. Moreover, as a country of Commonwealth of Nations, New Zealand has advanced education system in the world, the number of oversea students is also considerable. My workplace is a middle size finance service company, it has 5 branches in Auckland Area, due to the analysis above I believe Dong Ping Finance has lots spaces in developing its finance business.

External stakeholders and their relationships with Dong Ping Finance:

Customers: Dong Ping Finance is a fiduciary finance company to all its customers. We face many customers everyday. The relationship between the company and customers link closely. Normally when customer comes to our company, the tellers will help them to do transactions and can provide professional suggestions to them. Customers are willing to exchange money and make investment in our company due to the high trust. In return, Dong Ping always assure the safety and reliable services, it has more than $2000000 NZD valuable real estate fixed assets to ensure customer will not be deceived.

IRD: Our Company is a legal entity; it requires paying income tax that every employee earns. Therefore Inland Revenue is another stakeholder of Dong Ping.

Sub-agent: there is a sub-agent in Australia that helps our company to do transfer service. For example, they charge us about 10% commission on large amount of USD transfer service; we call it “platform” when the transfer amount is larger than $300000 USD, we will arrange our platform to do the transaction, the commission fee will be transfer to their account at the end of each month automatically.

Wholesale supplier: we have our own wholesale supplier, and we are some company’s wholesale supplier as well. For example, as I mentioned before, sometimes we exchange money in bank when there is an arbitrage opportunity. Thus bank is our wholesale supplier. Dong Ping Finance also sell some currencies to other finance company such as “Money World” “City Forex” we offer them some discount on wholesale transaction they are some parts of important customers to us.
