Introduction
Among the entrepreneurs, one of them inspires me the most, who is Jack Welch, the ex-CEO of General Electric. He occupied the positions as both chairman and CEO of GE for almost twenty years between 1981 留学生论文 and 2001. During these 20 years, Jack Welch leads the GE from a slow growth condition up to reach the peak for the group. Based on his success, it is estimated that the wealth of Jack Welch is more than 700 million dollars. However, what he inspires me is not his wealth, but his entrepreneurship that reflected during his career in General Electric.
