CITS has 12 branch companies in 12 important cities and CITS Dalian is one of them. CITS is famous for its economic international tour and its high quality of service, Japan, Europe and Australia are the main travel destinations offered by CITS. My interview was formal and held by the manager and HR team, since I applied for the position of international tour guide assistant, all the questions were asked in English to test my ability in English listening and speaking, most of the questions were related to my knowledge about hospitality industry and my values and career goals, CITS Dalian gave me one week time for training to know about the company, then they arranged me to do paper work in the document office for 7 weeks, this aim to let me know their working process.
