The major tasks I had taken after training week was paperwork, it was quite complicated for me as a new staff, I learned to fill different form such as price notify form, customer application form, tour details form and visa application form. These forms made a contribution for me to knowing more about CITS since they directly reflect the working process of the travel agency.
Psychological contract is defined as representations of mutual beliefs, perceptions, and informal obligations between an employer and employee (Conway & Briner 2005). I feel that the psychological contract with my employer is in balance, they are looking for a person who majored in hospitality management and I can really develop some useful skills and gain some firsthand knowledge in CITS from their training program.
