Judging from above, a sustainable supply chain is of great importance to computer companies. With the technology progressing day by day, the vanishing of the difference in computer suppliers has made the computer industry enter an era of inferior advantage.New product design is essential for it not only helps the company to gain more market share but also improves brand image. As we already know, companies should cut cost and limit inventory lost. Also, organization should establish an early warning mechanism so as to accurately forecast the occurrence of emergency. In addition, in the risk management in a supply chain, it is important to make good preparation of some emergency affairs.
