Production department: it calculates and approves the production capacity of company, determines the production tasks, and makes proper arrangements for production schedules of contracts. From time to ensure the realization of production targets and to ensure the stability of company's production order and work order.

Storage department: its main role is storing the raw materials and components of computer which are sent from suppliers. Meanwhile, it stores the finished products to supply market demand.

Sales department: it assigns the finished computers to each dealer. Meanwhile, it needs to provide feedback of new computer’s sale situation to company managers, in order to facilitate the further development of production plans.

5.2 The external supplies

Raw material suppliers: it provides raw materials and components of the new computer to manufacturer, which is the upstream of supply chain.

Transporters: transporters play a key role in the supply chain. They transport the raw materials of new computer from suppliers to manufacturer and transport the finished products to various vendors (Murrell G. Shields, 2001).
