Analysis on globalization
Introduction:
With the rapid development of human society, the tremendous advancement of organizational management and the growing frequency of people communication, the world is becoming borderless and the large organizations and companies are stateless. To expand the businesses, many international companies initiate the branch companies in the other countries; they produce the products in proper areas in the world even though it is not in home country (Drahokoupil and Jan, 2009). Some of the business men make livings by dealing with import and export events. On the other hand, with the development of telecommunication and transportation, people could contact with someone else at any time without concerning where in world the person is (Guthrie and Doug, 2009). Moreover, two individuals could meet each other easily and quickly via modern travel facilities even though they are on the different hemispheres of the earth.
In the essay, some concepts of global combination and organizational globalization will be brought out. After that, the current condition of the human society will be introduced and the reasons will be analyzed. The significance and effect brought by the globalization will also be written. And in the latter section, some disadvantages relevant will be given, as well as the solutions to them. At the end of the essay, some predictions to the future will be given according to the private understandings.
