Executive Summary
Since the middle 1990s, commercial enterprises and their leaders have been faced with the following challenges concerning ethnics. Such as staff and customers' privacy caused by advanced (invasive) information technology; compensation distribution of highest administrative employees; company’s policies on profit allocation; protecting workers from sexual harassment; and so on. What worth the attention is that among the questions mentioned above, some are becoming a matter of concern, and they are directly related with some main interests such as enterprise employees, customers and shareholders。
